Tides & Timber Glamping (“TTG”)

Liability Waiver and Indemnity
TTG requires all guests to have a liability waiver form signed and delivered to us seven days prior to checking in and before using any of our facilities or spending the night with TTG. Should you not be able to sign this form prior to checking in please contact TTG as soon as possible.

TTG General Policies
1. Motor vehicles are restricted to maintained roads and parking areas only, unless otherwise posted, and are limited to a 20 km/hr speed limited
2.Fires are allowed in fireplaces, fire rings. Fires must be completely extinguished prior to leaving the area.
3.Children must be under supervision at all times. Children are not allowed to be left in the domes unsupervised.
4.Pets are allowed on premises but must be on leash at all times. (*See pet policy below)
5.Garbage must be disposed of in the provided can/ bin.
6.Digging holes, removing geological formations, archeological relics or ruins, or vegetation (except for noncommercial use of edible wild plants, wild fruits, nuts, or fungi) is prohibited.
7.No person may advertise or solicit sales.
8.Quiet hours are 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. Actions which alarm, anger, or disturb others are prohibited. Failure to comply may result in expulsion from the property.
9.The reservation price is the price indicated on the date of stay or the day for which the reservation is made.
10.Check-out time is 11:00 am; check-in time is after 4 p.m.
11.As we respect the privacy and safety of our guests, only authorized guests are allowed on the premises, if you would like to have visitors come meet you, you must obtain TTG's owner permission first.
​12. Smoking is allowed only by the fire pits only.​

TTG Pet Policy
1. Pet policy is restricted to dogs (maximum of 2), over the age of 6 months.
2. Dogs must be up to date on all age appropriate vaccinations and house-broken.
3. Pets are not allowed in the domes unsupervised and are not allowed in non-pet-friendly domes.
4. A deep cleaning fee will be applied to the room that the dog occupies of $30.00
5. Dogs must be leashed at all times, when outside the guest room, and under the control of their owner.
6. Dog owners must clean up after their dogs.
7. TTG reserves the right to remove animals from the premises if it is determined the animal is causing damage to hotel property and/or disturbing other hotel guests.
8. TTG requires the guest to pay for any damage to TTG goods or property caused by their pet.

TTG WATERCRAFT USE POLICY
1. Life jackets are mandatory for all guests.
2. Minors are not allowed in the water or on the watercrafts unsupervised.
3. Owners have the right to refuse a customer and/or ask for compensation for any damage or loss to any of the water equipment (kayaks, canoe, SUP, paddles or life jackets)
4. You may not operate any of the watercrafts under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
5. Please understand that our watercrafts have no lights and you may not operate the watercrafts after dusk.
6. You must know how to operate any of the watercrafts in order to use them, if you don't, please refrain from using them.

In consideration of me, my children and dependents being permitted to use the facilities and participate in the activities available at TTG, I hereby fully release and hold harmless TTG, its employees, subcontractors, shareholders, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, successors, agents, and assigns, (collectively “Company”) and agree to the following Waiver and Release.
Assumption of all Risks: I acknowledge that I have voluntarily agreed to use TTG premises, facilities and participate in TTG activities. I am voluntarily using and participating with the knowledge of the numerous risks, hazards, dangers that cannot be eliminated. My use of TTG facilities and participation in any activities is purely voluntary and I elect to participate in spite of the risks. I HEREBY AGREE TO BE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR MY OWN WELFARE. I HAVE FULL KNOWLEDGE OF THE INHERENT RISKS, HAZARDS, AND DANGERS INVOLVED AND HEREBY ASSUME AND ACCEPT ALL RISKS, UNANTICIPATED EVENTS, INCONVENIENCE, ILLNESS, INJURY, LOSS, EMOTIONAL TRAUMA OR DEATH.
Release of All Liabilities. Therefore, as lawful consideration for being permitted to participate, I HEREBY RELEASE AND DISCHARGE AND FOREVER, INDEMNIFY, AND HOLD HARMLESS, COMPANY FOR AND AGAINST ANY AND ALL LIABILITY OF WHATEVER KIND ARISING FROM USE OF TTG FACILITIES OR PARTICIPATION IN TTG ACTIVITIES. I agree that this release shall be legally binding upon me personally, all members of my family and all dependents or minors traveling with me, my and their heirs, successors, executors, subrogates, assigns, and legal representatives, it being my intention fully to assume all risk associated with the use of TTG facilities and or activities and to release Company from any and all liabilities to the maximum extent permitted by law. This release applies to all claims, actions, causes of action, liabilities, suits, expenses (including reasonable legal fees) which are related to, arise out of, or are in any way connected with my use of TTG facilities or participation in TTG activities including, but not limited to, foreseen or unforeseen events arising directly or indirectly out of any damage, loss, injury, paralysis, or death to me or any damage or loss to any of my property as a result of my engaging in this use or those activities or the use of these TTG facilities or services or equipment.
My signature below certifies that I have carefully read and fully understand the contents of this agreement and the waiver and release of rights described herein. I understand this is a legally binding and enforceable contract and sign it of my own free will and I am not relying on any oral or visual representations of whatever kind.
